Home group leaders, please fill out your monthly report and select the submit option to forward your report to the Home Group Leaders and Home Group Elder. If you have difficulty with this form please contact us at the church office.
When giving your description of how the Home Group Fellowship went, please include prayer requests and describe the meeting/manna interaction i.e. what was said). This let's us "FEEL" what went on when we aren't able to attend.
